Export threshold file counters to a perfmon counter log settings file

description

A feature request to read a given PAL threshold file, then export the counter paths into a Microsoft Performance Monitor counter log settings file, so that the counter log is optimized for use with a specific PAL threshold file.

This feature is in the PAL tool as of v1.1.7. Just select a threshold file and click "Export".
