Chart issues with multithreading enabled v2.3

description

When enabling multi threaded processing there are issues with some graphs in the output report.

It appears that any y-axis values that include decimal points get messed up. The resulting graphs include either no y-axis values, repeated integers ("1, 1, 2, 2" instead of "0.5, 1, 1.5, 2") and or messed up lines and images.

I have included screenshots of my report output below but have many more examples if needed. I have repeated the same report generation with multi-threading set to 4 and set to default and consistently get this result when multi-threading is enabled. (File names with MT are multi threaded and ST single threaded examples.)

I have been seeing this problem as well, but I am not sure what is causing it. The same code is being executed. Could it be that the MSChart controls cannot be ran multi-threaded? Any suggestions is appreciated.
