I have started receiving the following error for any PAL reports that I try to generate.

I am able to process the log just fine. It looks like Relog.exe (part of the operating system) failed to convert the counter log to a CSV, so PAL an process the log. Please ensure that you are analyzing counter logs on a Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 computer. The binary counter log (*.blg) format changed as of Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 and is incompatible on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 and earlier. Please let me know if this resolves your issue or not.

What is strange is that it fails on this command:

relog.exe "C:\Users\XXXXXXXX\Desktop\TR_Load_Test_2011_20120501\Load_Test_2011_
120501.blg" -f csv -o "C:\Users\XXXXXXXX\AppData\Local\Temp{42a369f0-b204-4e9f
7cc-b9e545406e0a}_FilteredPerfmonLog.csv" -y

However, if I run that command manually in a command prompt it creates a csv file without error. I can then load that csv file into the PAL tool (instead of the blg) and it creates my report. I don't understand why the relog command is failing when it is executed from PAL, and not when it is executed manually.

I don't know either.
If the file path has any unual characters in it, then that might cause it to fail.
