PAL threding

Sind’s a little while I have started using PAL. So far I'm pretty excited about PAL. But I still encounter some problems.
One of the problems I encounter with PAL is the speed at which it analysis my perfmon logs. If I take an 1 hour log with intervals of 2 seconds with only a few counters about 40 counters, it will take PAL 2,5 hour to analyse my log.
I know PAL supports threading (pal wizard>execute>threading), which I think is the solution for my problem. But I seem to be unable to get it to work.
As soon as I try to use more than one thread I will get errors in powershell.

The system I'm using is:
A virtual machine:
2 processors
4 GB of RAM
Windows server 2003 with latest patches
PAL 2.3.2

I hope you will be able to help me solve my problem.

Thanks in advance, StaMou

p.s. sorry for my bad English
