SQL Server Based Performance Logs

Any thoughts on  adding the ability for PAL to read its performance data directly from sql perfmon data when using logging to SQL?

It would be nice and it could certainly do it as long as the data was formatted correctly. I just don't know how to code the SQL connectivity and don't have the time to learn it yet.

I noticed it is written in VB, but the majority of the analysis is done in Powershell?  I could write the SQL connectivity in SQL but I am unsure how much different PowerShell is.  I will take a look perhaps I can write that portion, it would simply be the portion where it is opening the files and reading the values.  SQL when writing to SQL DB forces the format in probably much the same way it is in the individual files but all rolled into 3 tables.  I will see what I can do.

Correct, the VB.NET user interface is just a glorified batch file creator for the PowerShell script. The analysis is done in PAL.ps1.
